New Saturday Hours October 6, 2011 Our Portland location will be open October 15th, 22nd and 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to better serve our Halloween customers. Starting in November, Portland will be open the second Saturday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Hopefully, this will make things a little easier for those of you who cannot make it in during the week. |
Client Service Rededication February 2, 2010 Hollywood Lighting Services is proud to be the largest independent lighting provider in the Pacific Northwest. Our history in the entertainment community is far reaching and as our customer base increased over the years, we strived to meet the demand. Unfortunately, as we learned to meet the needs of an ever-increasing customer base we sometimes faltered. While there are a number of reasons for this, we are focused on assuring that they will not happen in the future. We are adapting to become more attentive, less expensive and equally creative so we can build (and rebuild) the kind of relationships that have gotten us this far. We are rededicating ourselves to exceeding the needs and expectations of our clients and are excited to showcase our new customer service. |
