noon and ends at 10:00 a.m. With advance arrangements, earlier pick ups
or later returns are possible.
Rental Rates
All items leaving our shop will be
charged whether used or not, please make your selections carefully.
Rental rates quoted are "24 hour," "2-3 days" or "weekly" basis. Special
rates for large or longer term rentals are possible when discussed in
advance with the Rental Manager. The rental ends when the equipment is
received in our shop. Rental prices are subject to change without
notice.
Equipment not returned as scheduled,
without prior arrangement with us, is subject to late fees.

a 10% discount on rental orders longer than 24 hours. All schools and
churches receive a 10% discount on rental orders longer than 24 hours.
Reservations
We encourage early reservations to
insure availability and allow ample time for your order to be processed
and checked in time for delivery or pick up. Advance rental
deposits are not usually required; however, certain high demand items
require full rental payment prior to delivery or pick up.
Cancellation of a prepaid rental
must be received 15 days in advance of the scheduled delivery or
customer pick up date for full refund. A 10% service charge (minimum of
$5.) will be made on all canceled reservations with less than 7 days
advance notice (15 days for Christmas, Easter and Halloween orders.)
Be sure to know your cable/power distribution requirements when placing
your rental order.
Responsibility
All equipment is offered for
inspection and testing in our shop. We encourage you to take advantage
of this courtesy. You are responsible for becoming familiar with the
proper use and care of the equipment and may not alter/repair equipment
or use it for any purpose other than which it was manufactured.
We will make every effort to ensure
proper working condition of the equipment but does not guarantee
equipment against failure of any kind. In the case of equipment
malfunction, we will make every effort possible to correct the problem.

purchase expendables to make them perform, including: fog fluid, dry
ice, color media or patterns, bubble juice, snow liquid, etc. We
recommend ordering expendables at the same time you place your rental
order.

All fees for rental, deposit,
merchandise and services are payable at time of customer pick up and
delivery. We accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover
or check with proper identification. Credit terms with advance approval

addition to rental fees at time of delivery to all non-charge account
